RE: Your Continued Fraud, Theft, and Defamation of Jennifer Jaylee, and FION, Along with Multiple Criminal/Civil Law Violations Towards
Many Innocent Victims Online. YOU ARE DIRECTED TO PRESERVE ALL EVIDENCE RELATED IN ANY WAY TO THE FION BRAND, AND YOUR RELEVANT ONLINE ACTIVITIES. * Failure to Preserve This Evidence is A Violation of State/Federal Law.

You have both been duly notified within this " notice, " to CEASE and DESIST your false representations of the FION brand online.
JEFFREY R. SUTTON (hereinafter "Jay"), does not own the FION brand, and did not have permission to represent FION from 12-31-2023 forward. Therefore, " Jay" is committing numerous acts of fraud against the FION brand, also he is committing infringement on intellectual property created/founded by Jennifer Jaylee.
It is a State/Federal crime to falsely work for a podcast that "Jay" was lawfully Terminated from. All behaviors by "Jay" while online have been recorded, and will be used against him in a Court of law.
For the past five years, "Jay" has correctly admitted that Jaylee is the Owner/Founder of FION. Many other witnesses will testify to this.
It wasn't until "Jay" was fired for good cause, that now (all of a sudden) "Jay" changes his tune, falsely claims ownership, and in the process, commits multiple acts of theft against his own biological Sister.
What "Jay" has done to the FION reputation/brand is irreparable.
What "Jay" has done to his own blood Sister, should shock the mind of all who read this. On top of this, "Jay" has exhibited no remorse or sorrow for what he's done, to multiple victims online. His arrogance, and narcissistic behaviors are clearly evident.
WARNING TO ALL WHO WATCH JAY LIVE:
"Jay" is a clever manipulator, and he uses your kindness against you. He'll draw you in with his self-pity, play the victim, then when he's convinced you that he's somehow innocent, then you'll be his next victim. Take it from multiple victims already, who would love to tell you their story, "Jay" is not to be trusted. Period!

"Jay" is an out of control rouge X-employee of FION.
"Jay" is STEALING THE BRAND and ALL FUNDING ASSOCIATED WITH IT. THIS IS A HOSTILE TAKEOVER, plain and simple. Pure "Theft."
* Due to "Jay's" actions while online, and during live chats, with the evidence published by "Jay," FION management (Jaylee) demands that "Jay," and his Wife Wendy, PRESERVE ALL FION ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT, ALL ELECTRONIC MEDIA RECORDINGS, ALL PRODUCED VIDEOS OR RELEVANT ONLINE CONTENT, ALONG WITH ALL FINANCIAL RECORDS OF FION.

If "Jay," or his Wife Wendy do not act immediately to PRESERVE EVIDENCE (LISTED ABOVE), then a Court of law will judge this as intent to destroy/spoilage evidence of crimes committed by "Jay."

TO: Mr. Jeffrey R. Sutton (aka: Podcast Host, "Jay"), and to all F.I.O.N. Team Members.
RE: " Cease and Desist Notice" Served on "Jay."
ATTN: JEFFREY R. SUTTON (aka: "Jay"), On 12-31-2023, you were terminated (for good cause) from your duties as Host of the FION Podcast, (Independent News Network). Soon afterwards, you became upset with loosing your employment position, and have since then retaliated, and behaved contrary to State/Federal law.
You have been witnessed online defaming the characters of many employees of the FION team, and without remorse you have intentionally/maliciously damaged the FION brand. Because of your actions online, and via live chats, you have irreversibly destroyed the brand FION, and have caused many of its supporters/advocates to abandon the Network.
Due to "your actions," which are recorded as evidence online, FION has had to close its doors, and must totally rebrand itself.
Due to your actions, you're being served with this "Cease and Desist Notice." You are hereby directed to do the following:
WARNING IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLY.
Jeffrey R. Sutton, if you fail to adhere to, or comply with these lawful demands, and if you DO NOT "Cease and Desist" your activities on the FION platform(s), this will subject you to having a lawsuit filed against you, for damages. You will incur the cost of defending yourself in a Federal Court of law, with jurisdiction to hear this case.
You have been duly notified, and warned.
